A lot of the active holidays we sell here at Vision will require you to be in good shape from day one. If you’ll be setting off on a trekking, cycling or kayaking trip, you don’t want to be battling jet lag or fighting altitude adjustment.  I strongly recommend arriving at least one day early to help you get adjusted.
